30-Day Return Policy

We understand that selecting the perfect mustache harness is a deeply personal decision. That's why we offer a full 30-day return window on all purchases, starting from the date of delivery.

Whether the fit isn't quite right, the color doesn't complement your facial hair, or you've simply had a change of heart about your mustache infrastructure needs, we're here to help.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original Condition: Items must be unused or gently tested. We understand you need to try on your harness to assess fit, but excessive wear disqualifies the item for return.
  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and that little silica gel packet we included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip.
  • Hygiene Standards: Items showing signs of mustache wax buildup, food particles, or other residue beyond normal try-on wear may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

    Receive Your Return Label

    Within 24 hours, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. All return shipping is on us, because you've suffered enough disappointment already.

    Pack Your Item

    Carefully repackage your item in its original box with all included materials. If the original box has been lost to the chaos of daily life, any sturdy box will suffice.

    Ship It Back

    Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. You'll receive tracking confirmation once the package is in transit.

    Await Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or product entirely? We're happy to facilitate exchanges at no additional shipping cost.

  • Size Exchanges: If your harness doesn't fit quite right, we'll ship you the correct size as soon as you drop off your return. No waiting for the original to arrive.
  • Color Exchanges: Changed your mind about Mahogany vs. Onyx? We understand. Colors look different in different lighting, and we won't judge your indecision.
  • Product Exchanges: Realized you need a Night Guard instead of a Precision Shaper? We can swap products of equal or lesser value. If your new selection costs more, you'll just pay the difference.
  • Expedited Exchange: For urgent mustache emergencies, we offer Express Exchange shipping for a small additional fee.

Non-Returnable Items

In the interest of hygiene and fairness to future customers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards (but they never expire, so there's that)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Products that have been significantly altered, modified, or customized
  • Items showing clear signs of extended use beyond try-on testing

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We take quality control seriously, and a defective product represents a failure of our standards.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We'll ship a replacement immediately via expedited shipping at no cost
  • No need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it
  • If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, we'll process it within 24 hours
